After serving in the military and receiving his culinary AA from Laney College in Oakland, Paul worked his way up from Saucier to Executive Chef at various establishments from the San Francisco to Monterey Bays. Since 1991 he’s been a loyal member and a past President for the west coast chapter of the American Culinary Federation. Paul’s been the Executive Chef at the San Mateo County Event Center for over five years.
Paul and his wife reside with their three children, in the beach town of Linda Mar, a secret sun belt located in Pacifica, California. |
