Patrick has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 23 years. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree at Eckerd College, he started his high volume food service career at the Truman Sports Complex and has not looked back. Within two years, he was put into his first General Manager role and has been since for over 12 years at various facilities including Kemper Arena, Starlight Amphitheatre, American Royal Center, and SEC Taylor Stadium. He has been part of opening teams of the Exel Arena, DCU Center, BOK Center, Bank Intrust Arena, and the Texas Motor Speedway.

Patrick and his girlfriend currently live in Hayward, CA just across the San Mateo Bridge on the East part of the San Francisco Bay.
