San Mateo Event Center Event Inquiry
Upon submitting this inquiry SMEC will put a 2-week Tentative courtesy hold on your event dates while we process your inquiry. A Tentative does not offer date protection at any time the space could be released to other interested inquiries who are ready to contract.

If you would like first-hold status, with your inquiry you would be required to pay a $50 Deposit giving you first right to dates with a 48 hr. notification to contract or release if a challenge has been received for the dates you have on hold.
